Spikerush Media, reserves the right to suspend service due to non-payment of fees. Their will be no cancellations after services are provided. Client assumes liability for costs incurred in the collection of invoices not paid within contract terms and will provide full payment of services rendered.

Governing Law  - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, as if entered into and to be wholly performed in Palm Beach County, Florida and without regard to conflicts of law principles. Each party hereby waives any right to a trial by jury in the event of any controversy or claim relating to these Terms and Conditions.
